Final reservation confirmations, room availability, and service delivery are subject to the terms of the individual hotel.

3. Bookings & Reservations

• All reservation inquiries are reviewed by our concierge team and confirmed via email within 24 hours.
• Prices quoted are indicative and subject to availability, season, and hotel discretion.
• Confirmation of booking requires a valid credit card and, in some cases, a non-refundable deposit.
• Rates are quoted in Euros (€) and may be subject to applicable taxes and tourist levies.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary by hotel and rate type. General guidelines:

• Flexible rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
• Standard rate: Cancellations within 7 days of arrival may incur a one-night charge.
• Non-refundable rate: Cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Specific terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our trusted third-party gateways or directly by the partner hotel. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. Currency conversion charges, if applicable, are the guest's responsibility.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward hotel staff, property, and other guests. Hotels reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay in cases of misconduct, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design — is the property of Voltplayzp or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

8. User-Submitted Content
